Welcome to EGO Fitness! By accessing or using our facilities, services, or website, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service (TOS). Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Membership Eligibility

1.1 Membership is open to individuals aged 16 and above.
1.2 Members under 18 must have written consent from a parent or legal guardian.
1.3 Membership is non-transferable unless explicitly agreed upon by EGO Fitness.

2. Membership Agreement

2.1 Members must complete and sign the membership application form.
2.2 Payment of membership fees is required upfront or as per the agreed payment schedule.
2.3 EGO Fitness reserves the right to adjust membership fees with prior notice.

3. Facility Use

3.1 Facilities are available to members during designated operating hours.
3.2 Members must adhere to posted gym rules, including proper use of equipment and respectful conduct.
3.3 The gym is not liable for injuries resulting from improper use of equipment or failure to follow staff instructions.

4. Personal Conduct

4.1 Members must maintain appropriate behavior at all times. Harassment, intimidation, or abuse of staff or other members will not be tolerated.
4.2 Proper gym attire, including athletic shoes, is required.
4.3 Smoking, alcohol, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

5.1 Members may cancel their membership by providing written notice 30 days in advance.
5.2 Refunds will be processed for unused prepaid membership months, subject to a cancellation fee.
5.3 EGO Fitness reserves the right to terminate memberships without refund for violations of these Terms of Service.

6. Liability Waiver

6.1 Members acknowledge that use of gym facilities involves inherent risks, including injury or property damage.
6.2 EGO Fitness is not liable for loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings.
6.3 By signing the membership agreement, members release EGO Fitness from liability for any injuries sustained during gym use.

7. Privacy Policy

7.1 EGO Fitness collects and processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
7.2 Members consent to the collection, use, and storage of their personal data for operational and promotional purposes.
7.3 Members may withdraw consent at any time by contacting EGO Fitness’s administration.

8. Amendments to Terms

8.1 EGO Fitness reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service with prior notice to members.
8.2 Continued use of facilities or services after changes are implemented constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law

9.1 These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
9.2 Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration.
